The level of job satisfaction had been reported by Gallop polls that 15% of millions felt disengaged in 2000, while Forbes indicated 85% of people felt frustration verses fulfillment at work in 2013. This suggests that at a time where most spend many hours working, not much has changed. People want interesting jobs they like, at places they love with people they can do more than tolerate. Companies want happy productive employees who will positively represent and impact their companies. We set out to make work and working better.
